We Reached Our Fundraising Goal!

We are so excited to share that The FinIQ Initiative successfully reached its fundraising goal in support of Friends for Youth! When we first started this fundraiser, we set a goal to raise $1,200 and we are thrilled to share that we exceed our goal. Our final amount fundraised is $1,305!

This campaign was inspired by our shared belief that every young person deserves access to opportunities, guidance, and a strong support system. Friends for Youth has spent more than 40 years connecting underserved youth across the Bay Area with caring adult mentors, creating lasting relationships that help students build confidence and reach their full potential.

Our fundraiser helps expand access to financial literacy by providing copies of the Captain Cash book to children through Friends for Youth. Every donation sponsors books that introduce young readers to essential money concepts like saving, budgeting, and smart spending through fun, engaging stories. By putting these books into the hands of kids, we're helping inspire lifelong financial confidence, one story at a time.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who donated, shared our fundraiser, and supported this mission. Your generosity will help expand mentorship opportunities and make a meaningful impact on the lives of local youth.
